The Parabolic softbox has a 16-sided shape that is supported by 16 heat resistant aluminium rods. They give the parabolic softbox its sturdy shape while remaining flexible. The fabric is also heat-resistant and allows the softbox to be used with strobes as well as continuous light sources. It has a silver interior and a black exterior. And this silver interior maximizes the output of light while maintaining its softness.
The AriesX ParaX has both inner and outer diffusion panels. They can be used together to produce maximum softness of light. Or they can be used separately to achieve different levels of contrast and crispness of light. The rear ventilation cover of the parabolic softbox can be removed easily. The Bowens mount ensures that the softbox can be used with most studio lights.
