AriesX Giveaway – Official Rules & Terms (India)

1. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to individuals who are:

    • Residents of India.

    • Aged 18 years or above at the time of entry.

  • Employees of AriesX, its parent company StudioBackdrops.com, their affiliates, advertising/promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

  • Eligible purchases must be made between 1st August 2025 and 10th November 2025.

  • The last date to submit entries is 10th November 2025, 11:59 PM IST.

  • Winners will be announced on 14th November 2025 via AriesX’s official website and/or social media channels.

3. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must:

  1. Purchase any AriesX product within the giveaway period.

  2. Submit the following via the official giveaway entry form or designated email:

    • Full Name

    • Contact Number & Email Address

    • Proof of Purchase (valid tax invoice or bill clearly showing purchase date, product, and retailer).

  3. Ensure details are correct and complete. Incomplete or incorrect entries may be disqualified.

4. Proof of Purchase

  • Only genuine, verifiable bills/invoices issued by authorised AriesX retailers (offline or online) will be accepted.

  • Screenshots or altered bills will lead to automatic disqualification.

  • AriesX reserves the right to verify the authenticity of proof before confirming entry.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries using a fair draw method.

  • AriesX’s decision on the selection and number of winners will be final and binding.

  • No correspondence regarding the selection process will be entertained.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

  • AriesX reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value without prior notice.

7. Disqualification

Entries will be disqualified if:

  • The proof of purchase is invalid, altered, or illegible.

  • Contact details are missing or incorrect.

  • The entrant is found to have violated any giveaway rule or attempted fraud.

8. Announcement & Prize Distribution

  • Winners will be contacted via email/phone.

  • If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of announcement or fails to provide required details for delivery, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be chosen.

  • Prizes will be shipped only within India.

9. Data Usage & Privacy

  • By entering, participants consent to AriesX collecting and using their personal data for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting winners.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties except for fulfilment purposes, in compliance with Indian data protection laws.

10. General Conditions

  • AriesX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

  • This giveaway is not a lottery, betting, or gambling activity under Indian law; participation is free with valid purchase.

  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
