AriesX OctaX is a Softbox with an octagonal shape. This light shaping tool is 120cm and comes with its own set of accessories. It is a highly versatile tool – use it with any kind of studio light. The OctaX Softbox comes with two different diffusers and a grid. It features a silver interior, a removable front diffuser, and a removable inner baffle. You can use the diffuser and the inner baffle together for maximum softening of the output. If you remove the inner baffle and the diffuser, you will get a punchy light quality with a lot of contrast. The silver interior will give you sharper results. This way you can turn your OctaX into a large reflector with maximum brightness and contrast.
AriesX OctaX has separate rods for set up and it makes it easier to store when the entire structure is neatly dismantled. The large size of this octagonal softbox gives you a unique wrap-around quality of light that gains emphasis as you move closer. The catchlights in the eyes of your subject are round and natural. It is a great tool for experienced photographers.
